Unlocking Secret Hero Units
Unlock heroes by renaming a soldier.
Unlocking secret hero units in XCOM: Enemy Unknown.
In the Barracks, select a soldier via 'View Soldiers' and change the name from 'Customize' to one of the following (can also be done on the deploy screen). Note: using these heroes disables achievements.
