Cheats, unlockables and strategies for Onimusha: Warlords (PlayStation).
1.Alternate Costumes
- Panda costume: Complete the game with at least 10 Fluorites found and save. In a new game a 'Shinnosuke Normal/Special' option appears; the special version shows Shinnosuke in a panda suit with a clapping baby panda in his front pocket.
- Kaede's princess dragon costume: Complete the game with an 'S' rank by collecting most Fluorites; a new game unlocks Kaede's design with a red skirt, little wings on the back and a small tail.
2.Secret Weapon: Bishamon Sword
- Bishamon O Flute: A strange man hangs by his feet from the ceiling staring at you. After you use the Evil Plate and open the door he'll talk to you and take you to the Dark Realm on demand. In the Dark Realm kill monsters; when two portals open, keep going down (to the 9th–10th level), collect all items en route, open the box on the deepest level and take the Bishamon O flute. Keep the flute just before the final fight with the Demon King.
- Bishamon Sword: In the Demon Realm (after destroying the Ultimate Creation) there's a save mirror and three doors. Use the Bishamon O flute on the iron-gate-like door and enter. Take the Bishamon Sword from the Skull Demon wall — it's stronger than all three of your weapons combined, fast, and has unlimited magic.
3.Other Unlockables

| Speed Trial mini-game | Collect all 20 Fluorites and complete the game; then a mode with the Bishamon Sword, unlimited ammo, 99 Soul Absorbers and auto magic regen unlocks |
4.Boss Strategies
- Fortinbras: Knock him down with any attack, then Down + Attack to kick, move forward, repeat — chain kicks defeat him without being hit. Alternative: cycle kicks + Enryuu Fire Sword + Thunder Orb magic; most of his attacks are easy to dodge except fire.
- Marcellus: With all weapons and orbs maxed, kick him and use Thunder Orb magic.
- Archers: Instead of shooting rooftop archers, run directly beneath them and use a Wind spell; they die in one blow and your arrows/bullets are saved for the final bosses.
