Tips & Farming
Combat tactics, money/XP farming and affection.
Tips for Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet.
1.Combat Tactics
- Bring a healer: Sinon and Asuna have healing skills; add them if struggling. ArFA-sys and your own character can learn them too.
- Automatic weapons for beginners: No precise aim needed, constant damage, large ammo — good for firing on the move.
- Don't always aim down sights: When hip-firing, toggle Assist Mode with D-pad Up (bullets track); best against moving enemies. Aim manually with L2 when an enemy is down or still.
- Use cover: Some attacks can only be avoided behind cover.
- Dash is as important as dodge: Roll with R3, dash with Circle → sprint. While sprinting you can outrun an enemy's targeting.
- Shape ArFA-sys to your style: If aggressive, make it support/healer; if a sniper, make it a tank.
- Build up status effects: Skills like Blaze set enemies on fire for continuous damage; with few high-damage skills, status effects take down tough enemies fast.
2.Money Farming
- Repeat bounties: Standard hunting missions can be repeated infinitely; grab them each trip, complete again, stockpile cash.
- Banking: When ArFA-sys unlocks money management, auto-transfer a share of earnings to the bank — it compounds with interest. Deposit a lot early.
- Medal trading: Talk to the blue-haired girl in the main hub; trade medals for skill points and money.
3.Easy XP / Affection / Proficiency
- Affection: Equip your best Sword Barriers and go to a dangerous area (snipers, the Fourth Area dungeon) on Extreme; you won't die but teammates will — revive them (+5% affection).
- Gun Proficiency: Shoot the Old South Third Area boss from the left platform; jump down when it approaches, go back up when it returns (caps at 1,000).
- XP: The Level 10 Elite Automaton at the Floating Tower; in the Western dungeon kill all enemies but one (it revives the others). After level 40, the Solitary Sands Industrial Zone (level 50 enemies).
