Tips and broken-computer secrets in Assassin's Creed: Rogue.
1.General Tips
- Don't forget fast travel; if sailing takes too long, look for a shortcut on the map.
- Upgrade the Morrigan often; there are many ship missions.
- Smoke bombs are your best friend for escaping ground troops quickly.
- In Rogue you counter attacks with careful timing; watch for when an enemy is about to strike (too early or too late won't work).
- Take the high ground and use your air rifle for a stealthy approach.
2.Broken Computers (Modern Day)
Exit the Animus and repair broken computers; each rewards a background file on a character/faction/event (some are required to progress). In the repair mini-game, arrange the lines so every section of the sphere gets a single point of power. Most are behind security doors that open as the story progresses; you can't repair them after finishing the game. Notable rewards include the Inspiration series (Al Mualim, Haytham Kenway, Daniel Cross, Duncan Walpole, Baptiste), 'Sigma Team's Most Wanted' files, The Ankh, The Koh-i-Noor and The Box.
Note: In the offices near the Animus you'll find nods to other Ubisoft games like Far Cry and Splinter Cell.
