Tips and tricks for Age of Empires II.
- Fast Build: Click the building under construction and repeatedly press the build button to speed it up.
- Double Transport Capacity: Make a few battering rams at the siege workshop, garrison foot soldiers inside them, then load the rams onto a transport ship — your transport capacity multiplies.
- Faster Teutonic Knights: Get a ram (siege ram works best) and put 4-6 Teutonic Knights inside; both the ram and the knights become faster.
- Unlimited Reseed Farms at the Mill: After building a Mill you can queue farms. Click the Mill, pause the game, click the reseed-farm icon ~80 times, then unpause (needs about 10,000 wood).
- Build Many Buildings Fast: Click a build button, hold Shift and place them all over the map; works for every building.
1.Empire Points & Bonus Content (HD Edition)
In the HD Edition, completing all campaigns with all characters unlocks the Black Market at the main menu, letting you buy previously unreleased characters, maps, campaigns and movie clips. You can also spend Empire Points in the 'Bonus Items' menu on bonus maps (e.g. Agincourt 250, King of the Mountain 300) and bonus units (e.g. Knights of the Round Table 200). For easy Empire Points, play a Hot Seat game against yourself and win.
