1.Modes
| Mode | How to Unlock |

| Old School Mode | Complete the game on Hard (no Last Stand, painkillers heal less but far more bullet time) |
| Hardcore Mode | Complete the game on Hard (painkillers rare, AI never hesitates) |
| New York Minute Hardcore | Complete all chapters of the regular New York Minute |
2.Arcade Outfits

| 15 outfits from the main story | Complete the game on Easy or greater |
| Classic Max (MP2) | Complete the game on Medium or greater |
| Old School Max (MP1) | Complete the game on Medium or greater |
| Advanced Max | Complete the game on Old School |
3.Chapter-Select Cheats
Enable cheats when launching a previously completed mission from 'Chapter Select'. Note: all stats and Rockstar Social Club tracking are disabled.
