1.'Best Fries In Town'
In the Upper West Side there's a Stan Lee statue you can interact with (Triangle); scan for it with R3 when near. A reference to Mick's Diner from the 2018 Spider-Man.
2.'Competitive Spirit'
In the Oscorp Science Center flashback during 'Like Real Scientists', in the second exhibition hall (after the aquarium), start the Rocket Launch mini-game on the left. Press Square faster than Phin to win. Retry as many times as you like.
3.'I'm On A Boat'
There's a fishing boat at the southernmost docks of Chinatown (with a Time Capsule on it). Just jump to it.
4.'Like A Rhino In A China Shop'
In the first story mission you ride Rhino in a shopping mall. Steer Rhino into any 15 breakable objects (small things like windows and tables count).
5.'Never Give Up'
Find Miles' father's grave in the cemetery at the northernmost point of the map (Harlem); scan with R3 (the correct grave shows a yellow outline) and interact with Triangle. If it doesn't trigger, leave the cemetery and return.
