Mercenaries Mode: Character, Map and Hidden Boss Unlocks
Mercenaries characters, maps, hidden bosses, alternate costumes and extra content stages.
1.Character Unlocks

| Sherry Birkin | Complete the Mining The Depths map with a 'B' or higher rank |
| Carla Radames | Unlock all other characters and their costumes |
| Secret BSAA Soldier | Unlock all other characters and their costumes |
2.Map Unlocks

3.Hidden Bosses
Complete the indicated task in the listed map:

| Strelat (Catacombs) | Get 20 Quick Shot kills |
| Ubistvo (Rail Yard) | Get 25 Quick Shot kills before 80 kills |
| Gnezdo (Steel Beast) | Get 25 Coup de Grace attacks before 80 kills |
| Gnezdo (High Sea Fortress) | Get 40 melee kills before 80 kills |
| Strelat (Mining The Depths) | Kill 70 enemies before 600 seconds |
4.Alternate Costumes
Get an 'A' rank or better with the indicated character:

5.Extra Content Stages
Stages must be unlocked separately for each Extra Content type (Mercenaries, Siege, Predator, etc.). Clear the indicated stage with a 'B' rank:

| Stage 8 – Liquid Fire | Clear Requiem for War with 'B' |
| Stage 9 – Rooftop Mission | Clear Liquid Fire with 'B' |
| Stage 10 – Creature Workshop | Clear Rooftop Mission with 'B' |
6.Other Unlockables
- Ada Wong's Campaign: Complete all 3 default campaigns.
- Agent Hunt Mode: Complete one campaign; you play as the monsters, aiming to kill the main characters before they finish the chapter.
- Infinite Ammo skill: Complete all 4 campaigns (for each weapon).
- Alternate ending: Completing Ada Wong's campaign reveals a secret video after the credits.
- Curious Fan dog tag title: Complete the Resident Evil 5 campaign.
